Project Details

Special Project                    A project on survey & Rehabilitation of Sickle Cell Diesease being carries our

                                                throughout the  state.  A budget allocation of Rs. 13 lacs per annum has been

                                                made by State Branches of Red Cross.  For Project Sickle State Govt. has 

                                                allotted Rs. 1.5 crores per year for Govt. Hospital.

Project in planning              1.Road Side Accident Help Line in pipe line.  100 road side accident prone areas

                                                  identified, First Aid Services on the sot & communication link for ambulance 

                                                 service being established.

                                                2.Maternity & child Health, Adolescent Health Education Projects in pipe line.

Area of Assistance Required      1.    Establishment of State of Art Trauma center with 50 bed capacity at

                                                                        the Capital town.

                                                         2.    Establishment of State of Art Diagnostic Center with Satellite clinic at

                                                                 District Level.

                                                         3.    Establishment of Sickle Clinic at all district Hospitals.

                                                         4.    Research lab on Sickle Cell Disease.
